Can I start with only one WiFi hotspot?
Yes. Start with one location and one MikroTik, then add more routers and locations as the business grows.
Do I need a MikroTik router?
MikroTik is the network access-control layer planned for DiraGate Billing. It applies customer package and connection rules at the hotspot.
Does DiraGate supply the internet?
No. You obtain the upstream internet connection from a fibre or internet provider. DiraGate helps you package, bill and manage access to that connection.
Where does customer money go?
Payments use the M-Pesa channel configured for that provider. DiraGate records the transaction without mixing different providers' collections.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. One provider account can organize multiple estates, campuses, shops or public hotspot locations.
