Tournament rules

1. Use the eFootball User ID registered in your DiraGate player profile.
2. A seat is confirmed only after DiraGate receives the successful M-Pesa payment callback.
3. Check in during the stated window. A player who misses check-in may forfeit the seat.
4. The Room ID is private and is shown only to checked-in players.
5. Follow the administrator’s match instructions and submit evidence promptly if asked.
6. Cheating, account impersonation, abusive conduct or sharing the Room ID can lead to removal.
7. The administrator confirms results. Any dispute must be raised before the tournament is closed.
8. Approved winnings are credited through DiraGate and paid to the player’s verified M-Pesa number.
